Fortnite Refunds: Cancel Purchase or Use a Return Ticket?
Understand the difference between cancelling an accidental V-Bucks purchase and returning an eligible cosmetic. Check the transaction before confirming.

For eligible Item Shop purchases made with V-Bucks, Epic offers cancellation within 24 hours if the item has not been used or equipped. Otherwise, an eligible purchase from the last 30 days may use a Return Ticket. Check the option shown for your transaction.

What a Return Ticket does
Epic’s ticket policy starts accounts with three tickets, caps the balance at three and replenishes one after the applicable 365-day interval. It does not refill all used tickets together. Check the return screen for your own balance and timing.

Find the option and review the outcome
In Fortnite, open the player menu, then Support and Refunds and Return or cancel purchase. Select the transaction and review the confirmation. Epic’s web shop also has a Return and Cancel Purchases section. A bundle return removes the entire bundle; gifts and passes are excluded from this self-service route.
